Role Overview
As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will take on a dynamic role that blends technical design, project management, and mentorship. You'll work on a variety of site/civil engineering projects, including:
- Site layout and grading design
- Stormwater management systems
- Utility planning
- Landscaping and lighting design
- Soil erosion and sediment control measures
- Zoning and land development permitting
- Hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
- Environmental impact assessments
- Field inspections and project reporting
You will also guide and train junior team members, ensuring quality and fostering professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in site design, grading, and permitting processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D and HydroCAD experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Technical writing skills are a plus
