Role Overview

As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will take on a dynamic role that blends technical design, project management, and mentorship. You'll work on a variety of site/civil engineering projects, including:

  • Site layout and grading design
  • Stormwater management systems
  • Utility planning
  • Landscaping and lighting design
  • Soil erosion and sediment control measures
  • Zoning and land development permitting
  • Hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
  • Environmental impact assessments
  • Field inspections and project reporting

You will also guide and train junior team members, ensuring quality and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in site design, grading, and permitting processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D and HydroCAD experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Technical writing skills are a plus
