Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-value project sales opportunities (SGD 500K and above) within the Industrial Solutions and Infrastructure segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end users
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to contract award, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and internal coordination
- Collaborate with local sales teams to support business development activities such as exhibitions, customer training, and brand promotion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) to ensure visibility and effective pipeline management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Industrial Solutions business, with a focus on manufacturing plants and infrastructure projects
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development for major projects in Industrial or Infrastructure projects from a technical or sales perspective
- Proven ability to develop and close complex project-based sales
- Strategic thinking with strong market and customer insight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels
