An established and growing firm is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Director to lead its Land Development operations in the Phoenix, AZ area. This leadership role is focused on launching and expanding the firm's presence in the region, building a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful execution of development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and growth of land development operations in the Phoenix market.
Design and implement strategic plans to drive business expansion, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of skilled engineers and development professionals.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local agencies.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in land development, with a strong understanding of the Phoenix-area market.
Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

Preferred Qualifications
