Regional Director / Branch Lead (Electrical Construction)

LVI Associates is partnered with a global electrical construction contractor that delivers complex commercial, industrial, mission critical, and infrastructure projects across North America.
As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking a Regional Director / Branch Lead to oversee operations in the Nashville market. This position will be responsible for driving financial performance, leading project teams, developing client relationships, and supporting the long-term growth of the business across the region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong electrical construction background who is looking to have a direct impact on business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for the Nashville branch.
Assume full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Operations Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and support staff.
Drive accountability, succession planning, and professional development across the business.
Review project performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Oversee estimating activities, change order management, contract reviews, and project execution strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, VDC initiatives, and prefabrication strategies.
Work closely with executive leadership to establish business objectives and regional growth plans.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry functions, and networking events.
Promote operational consistency, process improvement, and adherence to company standards across all projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent electrical construction experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing electrical construction operations and project teams.
Proven experience successfully delivering large-scale electrical construction projects.
Strong understanding of:
Financial management and forecasting
Project delivery and operations
Electrical estimating and change management
Resource planning and workforce management
Scheduling and project controls
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Willingness to travel throughout the region as needed.
Preferred Experience
10+ years leading construction operations, project management, or business units.
Experience within mission critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial construction environments.
Strong background in:
Electrical estimating
Budget management
Scheduling and project controls
Operational leadership
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Project
Primavera P6
Construction Management Software
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with VDC, prefabrication, and technology-driven construction solutions.
Experience managing critical infrastructure or data center construction projects.
