About the Role:
We're looking for experienced Construction Foremen to lead field crews and ensure high-quality execution of restoration projects across commercial and residential sites. You'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating daily site operations
- Leading crews in concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade repairs, and exterior painting
- Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Communicating with project managers and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Training and mentoring crew members
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a foreman / in a supervisory role in exterior restoration or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing systems, façade work, and painting techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- OSHA certification and valid driver's license preferred
