Revit Operator

About the Role

Join a leading technology integration firm headquartered in Long Island, NY, as a Revit/CAD Operator. This position supports our design team by producing detailed drawings for complex technology systems across audio-visual, structured cabling, and security solutions. The role requires strong technical drafting skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic, design development, and construction document drawing sets for AV, IT, and security systems.
• Modify architectural plans and integrate input from architects, MEP consultants, and other trades.
• Work closely with design engineers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams throughout the design process.
• Stay current with Revit standards and best practices.
• Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve design workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD drafting or related design work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and coordinating across disciplines.
