Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager to lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client-focused project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation projects including roadway, highway, and traffic engineering.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering and project management.
- Strong knowledge of INDOT standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
