Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth with key customers in the assigned region by developing and maintaining strategic relationships.
  • Act as the single point of contact for technical queries, solution recommendations, and coordination of service requirements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, including sales, marketing, and service strategies, to achieve annual targets.
  • Understand market trends, competitors, and opportunities across municipal and general industries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including sales funnels and client profiles, ensuring timely updates in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to create joint growth strategies and penetrate all divisions with a broad range of solutions.
  • Represent the company at networking events, seminars, workshops, and industry roadshows.
  • Conduct market research and voice-of-customer interviews to assess current and future requirements and benchmark competition.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in water-related or industrial solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently as a self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures and business teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex issues and develop actionable plans.
  • High willingness to travel and meet customers; remote work flexibility provided.
