Sales Manager
Role Overview
The North East and South East Asia region is experiencing exceptionally strong growth, with order volumes rising at double‑digit rates. This position sits within the Regional Sales & Service leadership team and reports directly to the Vertical Market Director for the region. The role calls for an experienced commercial leader with a strategic mindset and a strong focus on expanding the customer base across the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power sectors. A key aspect of the role involves working closely with customers on‑site, developing meaningful relationships across the vertical market, and maintaining a proactive, growth‑driven approach supported by structured business planning and reporting.
The position carries a high level of responsibility, including ensuring customers have access to application engineering experts across the organisation. The role involves acquiring new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and maintaining a strong field‑sales presence as the primary point of contact. This is very much a "hunter" role.
The role can be based in Malaysia.
