【業務内容】
急成長中のプロダクトの導入促進を通じて、企業のサステナビリティ推進を支援するポジションです。
COOと連携しながら営業戦略を立案・実行し、顧客との信頼関係を築きながら、プロダクトの成長に貢献していただきます。
- 法人顧客への提案営業(ニーズの把握から契約締結までの一連の営業活動)
- 新規・既存顧客の開拓および関係構築
- 市場動向や顧客の声を踏まえた営業戦略の立案・実行
【応募資格】
<必須要件>
- 法人営業経験5年以上
- 新規顧客開拓の営業経験
- マネージャーとしての実務経験(2年以上)

About the Role
In this strategic sales position, you will lead efforts to grow adoption of two flagship products that are transforming how companies measure and improve their environmental impact. You'll work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to product evolution through customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales activities from initial outreach to deal closure
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide feedback for product improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including new client acquisition
- Proven success in SaaS or startup environments
- At least 2 years of team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS solutions
- Background in fast-paced startup or venture environments
