Salary: Up to $140,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Building Automation System (BAS) projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in HVAC controls and automation, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of building automation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Review engineering designs, control sequences, and integration requirements for BAS systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in building automation or HVAC controls project management.
  • Proven track record managing projects exceeding $1M in value.
  • Strong knowledge of BAS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Trane).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
