What You'll Do
- Lead design and permitting efforts for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage.
- Independently perform mid-level engineering tasks, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway design.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of design and construction principles to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to navigate approvals and keep projects on schedule.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington
- 5-10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
