Position Overview
A dynamic and experienced Project Manager II is sought to lead membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment projects. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of MBR wastewater treatment projects.
Define and oversee project scopes, timelines, and financial plans.
Lead procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
Serve as the primary liaison among clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage technical documentation, including P&IDs, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor progress and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
5-7 years of experience in EPC or DBO environments, particularly in MBR or municipal wastewater systems.
Strong grasp of wastewater process engineering and technical documentation.
Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification is a strong asset.
Over 7 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater design, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
Familiarity with municipal wastewater compliance standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
