An established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing Nashville office. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects while contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
The Opportunity:
This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who is confident managing projects, leading teams, and engaging with clients. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical design solutions while also having the opportunity to contribute to business development and office expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design and project delivery for healthcare and commercial projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal MEP/FP teams, architects, and clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders
- Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in building systems design (healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PE license preferred
