A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its healthcare-focused team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design and execution across healthcare and related projects
- Manage projects from concept through construction completion
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, supporting both technical development and career progression
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in an A/E (Architecture & Engineering) environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of related engineering disciplines
