Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Project Manager, PE

We are seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) to lead the design and execution of complex building systems projects across a variety of market sectors. This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to oversee projects from concept through construction while serving as a technical leader within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and coordination of electrical systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and higher education projects.
- Prepare and review electrical plans, specifications, calculations, and permit documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers while providing technical guidance and quality oversight.
- Support proposal efforts and help cultivate new and existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- 10+ years of electrical design experience.
- Strong experience with power distribution, lighting, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems.
- Proven ability to manage projects and maintain strong client relationships.
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare, higher education, or other institutional facilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
