Position Summary
The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through commissioning. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Oversee procurement, change orders, and contract negotiations.
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record managing electrical scopes from $1M to $50M.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design-build processes, and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
