Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction (Dallas/Fort Worth)

What You'll Do
- Take primary leadership responsibility for assigned projects in partnership with the designated superintendent
- Evaluate contractual scope of work and develop project plans, objectives, and performance standards
- Organize and staff key project positions through collaboration with department heads and superintendents
- Serve as the main liaison with clients, architects, and engineers to coordinate schedules and ensure successful outcomes
- Negotiate, prepare, and manage subcontracts
- Oversee project execution, including scheduling, cost control, and variance reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Manage all financial aspects of contracts, including costs, billings, and collections, while maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify and mitigate risks, implementing corrective measures as needed
- Pursue additional work through change orders and maintain compliance with project documentation standards
- Mentor and supervise other project managers or assistants as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Science (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA-30 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 5-10 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management
- Strong understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Proven skills in documentation, cost control, procurement, scheduling, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize team performance
- Must meet all jobsite-specific access requirements
