Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Engineer to lead technical projects and client engagements in environmental remediation and compliance. This role requires strong expertise in remedial design, feasibility studies, and technical project management, as well as experience with stormwater compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license or be able to obtain one within one year of hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage complex environmental remediation projects, including design, implementation, and oversight.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct feasibility studies, develop remedial action plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stormwater Compliance: Oversee stormwater management programs and ensure adherence to state and federal requirements.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in environmental remediation and compliance.
- PE certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
- Strong knowledge of remedial design, feasibility studies, and stormwater compliance.
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
