Senior Geo-structural engineer
Are you passionate about leading complex geostructural engineering projects and delivering innovative solutions? Our expanding team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Engineer specializing in geostructural engineering to work on a diverse range of projects involving structural support systems, foundation repair, earth retention, and forensic investigations of underperforming or deteriorated structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee engineering investigations, analysis, and design of geostructural systems such as deep and shallow foundations, retaining walls, excavation supports, and structural rehabilitation
Conduct advanced analyses related to soil-structure interaction, load transfer mechanisms, slope stability, and groundwater effects
Provide technical support during construction, including repair, strengthening, and remediation of existing structures
Prepare technical proposals, manage project budgets, and supervise engineering teams with minimal guidance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
Participate in internal knowledge sharing and technical training initiatives
Qualifications:
At least 6 years of relevant geostructural or civil engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
Master's or PhD in Geostructural, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
Expertise with engineering software such as Plaxis, DeepEX, Slide, LPILEplus, or similar tools
Proven project and time management skills, including scope and change management
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites, including remote locations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
