The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to play a pivotal role in managing geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT) operations. This position combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering the chance to influence growth and mentor future talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee geotechnical and CMT departments, ensuring operational excellence.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Sign and seal geotechnical reports and deliverables in compliance with state regulations.

- Serve as a client-facing leader, building and maintaining strong relationships.
