What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver technically demanding geotechnical projects with minimal oversight
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff from concept through construction
- Build strong working relationships with engineers, geologists, and project teams locally and globally
- Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and partner collaborations
- Drive business development efforts and identify new project opportunities
- Champion process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Uphold high standards in client service, project delivery, and professional conduct
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of geotechnical engineering and project management experience
- Licensed PE in any U.S. state or territory, with ability to obtain Guam licensure within 6-8 months
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus (minimum requirement)
- Strong technical background in:
- Soil mechanics, slope stability, settlement analysis
- Foundation design (deep and shallow)
- Seepage modeling and construction oversight - Bonus: Experience with seismic analysis and GIS tools
