Role Overview
As a Senior Designer, you will lead the design process across multiple healthcare projects, from concept through implementation. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, guide client presentations, and influence design strategy at a high level. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design and development across multiple healthcare projects.
- Guide project teams through design development and documentation phases.
- Establish project vision and goals in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships.
- Resolve complex design challenges with innovative, practical solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
- Oversee design documentation, graphics, and visualization tools to communicate intent.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio-wide design excellence.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience, with a strong portfolio in healthcare design.
- Architectural registration strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion).
- Strong graphic and presentation skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, and sustainability principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
