The Opportunity
A leading building systems and technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior ICT Technology Consultant to lead and deliver complex Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to apply deep expertise in telecommunications, audiovisual, and security systems design while mentoring teams and partnering with clients on impactful projects.
Role Overview
In this senior-level role, you will manage ICT projects from concept through construction, provide technical leadership, and support the growth and development of team members. You will collaborate closely with clients, contribute to design standards, and help drive innovation across technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ICT systems design for new construction and renovation projects
Consult with clients on technology solutions and project strategy
Mentor designers across telecom, AV, and security disciplines
Prepare Division 27 and 28 specifications, construction documents, and basis of design reports
Support construction administration, including RFIs and submittals
Perform QC reviews and uphold high-quality design standards
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant ICT design experience
RCDD certification
Strong technical expertise, communication skills, and client-facing experience
Proven ownership of project delivery and design standards
Preferred Qualifications
Additional industry credentials such as OSP, DCDC, PSP, CTS, PMP, or PE
Work Environment
Hybrid role with two in-office days per week
Must be located in and eligible to work in the United States
Compensation
$120,000 - $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
