Summary:

Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality mechanical designs for facility projects. This role involves managing complex engineering efforts, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining design standards. Candidates should demonstrate strong client engagement, business development skills, and represent the firm in proposals and interviews.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager will be responsible for……

  • Oversee complex mechanical design projects with minimal oversight, ensuring coordination, quality control, and adherence to codes and standards.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, represent the firm in project interviews, and contribute to proposal development and fee structuring.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record, applying advanced mechanical engineering principles to develop HVAC systems, perform calculations, and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering technical growth and supporting team development.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and energy modeling tools is required, along with a commitment to technical excellence and leadership growth.
  • Bachelor's degree with P.E. (required), 8+ years of proven relevant technical and management experience (required), military training, field experience.
  • Experience working in a professional A/E office, Consulting Firm, Construction Contractor, or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel.
