The Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager will be responsible for……
- Oversee complex mechanical design projects with minimal oversight, ensuring coordination, quality control, and adherence to codes and standards.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, represent the firm in project interviews, and contribute to proposal development and fee structuring.
- Serve as Engineer of Record, applying advanced mechanical engineering principles to develop HVAC systems, perform calculations, and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering technical growth and supporting team development.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and energy modeling tools is required, along with a commitment to technical excellence and leadership growth.
- Bachelor's degree with P.E. (required), 8+ years of proven relevant technical and management experience (required), military training, field experience.
- Experience working in a professional A/E office, Consulting Firm, Construction Contractor, or equivalent.
- Ability to travel.
