- Managing mechanical and HVAC design projects from proposal development through final project delivery.
- Leading the design of HVAC and mechanical systems for multifamily, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
- Supervising and mentoring engineers and designers while providing technical guidance, quality reviews, and project oversight.
- Coordinating closely with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and architectural teams throughout all project phases.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, client communication, invoicing, and overall project performance.
- Conducting site investigations, reviewing field conditions, supporting construction administration activities, and ensuring successful project execution.

- 10+ years of experience designing mechanical and HVAC systems for a variety of building types and project sizes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, equipment selection, airside and waterside systems, energy modeling, and building codes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and industry-standard engineering software.
- PE license strongly preferred.
