Responsibilities
- Lead equipment planning across multiple healthcare projects throughout Florida and surrounding regions
- Manage full lifecycle delivery from early design phases through procurement and installation
- Oversee procurement processes including pricing, submittals, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate logistics, delivery planning, and final equipment placement
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Travel to project sites as needed while primarily working remotely
- Provide leadership and guidance across projects and planning activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare equipment planning or related project management
- Strong expertise in medical equipment planning processes and lifecycle delivery
- Experience working on complex healthcare construction or capital projects
- Proven client-facing experience and ability to lead stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, travel-based role
- Based in Florida or open to regional travel
- Revit or BIM experience preferred but not essential
