Key Responsibilities
- Lead medical equipment planning activities from programming through activation phases
- Develop equipment budgets, inventories, specifications, and equipment plans
- Develop floor plans and equipment placement layouts to support healthcare facility design and operational workflows
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendor partners
- Participate in equipment planning meetings and client workshops
- Maintain project schedules, equipment databases, and planning documentation
- Support procurement, implementation, and activation activities as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to multiple healthcare capital projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service
Requirements
- 6+ years of Medical Equipment Planning experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare capital projects and medical equipment planning processes
- Experience developing equipment budgets, inventories, specifications, and equipment plans
- Experience with Attainia, 4Tower, or similar healthcare equipment planning software
- Ability to manage client relationships and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs
Nice to Have
- Revit experience
- AutoCAD experience
- Experience developing equipment floor plans and placement drawings
- Healthcare operations, clinical engineering, or healthcare construction project experience
