Senior PM - Data Centers (Owner's Rep)

We're representing a globally recognized project and cost management consultancy that continues to expand its presence across the mission critical market. With a strong track record delivering some of the world's largest and most complex programs, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role on a hyperscale data center project in Georgia.

This is an opportunity to join an established owner's representative team and act as a trusted advisor to one of the industry's leading data center clients. You'll be responsible for driving project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of a high-profile campus-scale development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead representative for the client across all phases of project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate design consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting processes.
• Lead meetings with executive stakeholders and provide strategic project guidance.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions before they impact delivery.
• Support procurement, contract administration, change management, and project controls activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members while helping to strengthen the overall project management function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex project experience.
• Previous experience working in an owner's representative, consultant, developer, or construction management environment.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with general contractors and design teams on major capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
