We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex bridge construction projects in the Denver, Colorado area. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who can manage large-scale infrastructure projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS SPECIFICALLY ON BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of bridge construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project milestones.
- Lead risk management, constructability reviews, and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC protocols, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience managing bridge & heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural concrete, steel erection, and roadway construction.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar projects and mentor project teams.
- Proficiency with project management software and digital tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with DOT specifications and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
