We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center builds from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle for hyperscale and enterprise data center construction projects.
- Manage client relationships, project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control with a focus on safety and performance.
- Collaborate with preconstruction, design, and field teams to drive value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and technical requirements.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years managing data center or mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), and construction best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
