Senior Project Manager
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a seasoned technical project manager with a strong engineering background and experience in leading complex deployment projects. The successful candidate will oversee pilot and full-scale implementation projects, acting as the key liaison between internal engineering teams and external partners. Responsibilities include managing technical scopes, ensuring execution readiness, and supporting regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Engineering & Oversight
- Lead technical execution of pilot and deployment projects.
- Integrate engineering deliverables from internal and external teams.
- Manage technical interfaces between product systems and site infrastructure.
- Maintain and communicate project schedules and budgets, ensuring accountability.
Partner Engagement & Scope Management
- Serve as the primary contact for Korean engineering and EPC partners.
- Negotiate scope, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical misalignments through structured communication.
Execution & Regulatory Support
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams on procurement and scheduling.
- Ensure site readiness and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate technical documentation and inputs for permits and approvals.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in power generation systems or EPC project execution.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects with third-party firms.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English.
Preferred
- Experience navigating Korean regulatory approval processes.
