We're partnering with a leading player in the utility-scale renewable energy sector to hire a Senior Project Manager who can help drive project execution while serving as a collaborative leader within the organization.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong EPC or utility-scale renewables background who enjoys working across teams, mentoring others, and taking ownership of complex, high-voltage projects.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of project management experience within utility-scale renewables or the EPC industry
- Experience leading large-scale renewable energy projects from execution through completion
- Strong high-voltage (HV) project experience
- Proven ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, even without direct reports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues when needed
- Based in the Houston area
