What You Will Be Doing
You will take full ownership of engineering projects from concept through completion. This includes:
* Developing project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution plans
* Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
* Managing project costs and tracking progress
* Communicating scope changes and resolving client concerns
* Building strong client relationships through transparency and reliability
* Coordinating resources and ensuring compliance with client procedures
* Overseeing invoicing and ensuring timely payments
* Identifying future opportunities through ongoing project work

What You Will Need to Succeed
* A bachelor's degree in engineering
* Ten or more years of project management experience in industrial engineering
* Strong knowledge of the pulp and paper industry and existing client relationships
* A track record of growing client accounts and leading engineering teams
* Experience with both front-end and detailed engineering processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A consultative approach and a focus on delivering long-term value
