We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the Healthcare and Data Center sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
- Drive risk management, cost control, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on Healthcare and/or Data Center projects.
- Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $25M and complex schedules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
