Responsibilities
- Lead and manage traffic engineering projects with an emphasis on rail, transit, and transportation infrastructure.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and client communications.
- Oversee traffic studies, operational analyses, safety evaluations, and transportation planning efforts.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to public-sector and transportation clients.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of traffic operations, transportation planning, and engineering design.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage technical teams.
