This senior‑level role offers the opportunity to lead multi‑million‑dollar water infrastructure projects that strengthen community resilience and long‑term sustainability.
About the Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the full lifecycle of small to medium projects, ensuring excellence in cost, schedule, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
- Manage and integrate multi‑discipline teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.
- Provide strategic technical guidance for large water and wastewater programs.
- Conduct risk‑based assessments to support client capital improvement planning.
- Drive business development activities, grow client relationships, and support proposal efforts.
- Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in water engineering.
- Proven experience managing large water/wastewater programs.
- Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local permitting requirements.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma preferred.
