We are partnering with a top‑ranked, employee‑owned global engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support their expanding Water & Wastewater business in Oklahoma City. This senior‑level role offers the opportunity to lead multi‑million‑dollar water infrastructure projects that strengthen community resilience and long‑term sustainability.


About the Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of small to medium projects, ensuring excellence in cost, schedule, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and integrate multi‑discipline teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance for large water and wastewater programs.
  • Conduct risk‑based assessments to support client capital improvement planning.
  • Drive business development activities, grow client relationships, and support proposal efforts.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and staff development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in water engineering.
  • Proven experience managing large water/wastewater programs.
  • Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local permitting requirements.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma preferred.
