Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Construction

Are you a proven leader in water and wastewater construction looking to take the next step with a growing heavy civil contractor? We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale municipal water, wastewater, and underground utility projects throughout Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Lead project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to maintain schedule and profitability.
- Coordinate resources across multiple projects to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience within heavy civil, water/wastewater, or utility construction.
- Experience managing treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, force mains, and underground utility infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Proven ability to manage large municipal projects and lead high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
