Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Services

Location: Miami, West Palm Beach Tampa, Fort Myers, Orlando
Work Environment: Hybrid Flexible

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in project leadership, client engagement, and technical oversight. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects from planning through construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all phases of delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Support proposal development, client presentations, and strategic business growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and participate in fieldwork as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure project delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools such as ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs.
