Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Lead project progress meetings and distribute meeting minutes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, logs, and records.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in NJ required
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Experience with NJDOT and PANYNJ (NJ Turnpike is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
