Senior Structural Engineer (Hospitality & Housing)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for hospitality and multifamily housing projects from concept through construction
- Deliver calculations, drawings, and specifications across a range of building materials (steel, concrete, wood)
- Coordinate with architects, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and constructability
- Review models and drawings for technical accuracy and quality
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Act as a key client-facing contact throughout the life of a project
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
- Contribute to internal standards, QA/QC, and process improvements
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 6+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally focused on building structures
- PE license (or actively working toward licensure)
- Strong experience in structural design and construction documentation
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software (RISA, RAM, etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
- Experience working in a consulting / multidisciplinary environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
