Position Summary
They're looking for a senior engineer who's looking to take the next step in their career. You will lead complex structural design projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients. This role involves working across a wide variety of projects and provides extensive exposure towards the industry, allowing you to become an industry known expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for various building projects.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers.
- Support business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) or Structural Engineering (SE) license.
- Minimum 6 years of structural engineering experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., REVIT, RISA, ETABS, SAP2000, RAM).
- Strong knowledge of building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
