Job Role: As a Structural Engineer, you will be integral to the design, analysis, and implementation of structural systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver design and construction administration services for projects of various sizes.
- Leading the structural design aspects of projects, making informed design recommendations and decisions.
- Ensuring the quality and completion of construction drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation.
- Providing guidance to less experienced engineers and designers.
- Mentoring and educating other team members as you gain more experience.
- Establishing and managing the structural scope, schedule, and budget.
