Position Overview:

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the structural design and analysis of diverse building and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural engineering design for buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • Perform structural analysis and prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • PE license preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, SAP2000, Revit).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
