Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Lead, APAC to act as the single, senior point of accountability for technical solutioning and custom development delivery across enterprise accounts in the region.

This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering.

In pre-sales, you will serve as the technical authority alongside Account Executives, shaping solution architectures, scoping requirements, and engaging senior client stakeholders.

Post-contract, you will take full ownership of delivery - managing scope, timelines, quality, and coordination of distributed engineering teams and partners - while acting as the trusted face of the organization to client leadership.

This role requires strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate as a senior advisor to enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end accountability for custom development engagements, including scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Act as the primary senior point of contact for clients throughout delivery
  • Translate client requirements into structured development specifications and oversee execution with engineering teams
  • Manage project risks proactively and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Lead delivery governance including steering committees and executive updates
  • Ensure delivery standards meet the expectations of enterprise and listed-company clients
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell during delivery engagements

Pre-Sales Technical Solutioning

  • Partner with regional sales teams as the technical lead on enterprise deals
  • Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into solution architectures
  • Deliver executive-level technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Assess feasibility and alignment of customization requests with technical teams
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and security or integration-related queries
  • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to align solutions with roadmap priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success and advisory teams to ensure smooth transition into steady-state operations
  • Coordinate with regional and global engineering teams to maintain delivery quality and transparency
  • Engage external partners where required for development and implementation

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, technical consulting, or pre-sales, with at least 5 years in client-facing leadership roles
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software projects end-to-end
  • Strong technical fluency across software architecture, APIs, integrations, and development trade-offs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives confidently
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in Agile/Scrum environments and manage delivery risk
  • Based in Singapore with the ability to travel across APAC

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, climate tech, ESG, or sustainability-related technology
  • Familiarity with carbon accounting standards or ESG frameworks
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments where processes are evolving
  • Established network with enterprise stakeholders across sustainability, IT, or finance functions
