An emerging natural capital platform is seeking a commercially minded leader to help accelerate its growth across capital raising, strategic partnerships, project financing, and business development.
The organisation develops and scales nature-based solutions that deliver measurable environmental outcomes alongside attractive financial returns. With a growing project portfolio and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for an individual who can operate at the intersection of climate finance, investment, corporate development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising activities across equity, debt, grants, blended finance, and climate finance instruments.
- Develop and manage relationships with investors, development finance institutions, corporates, governments, and strategic partners.
- Structure and negotiate commercial partnerships, offtake agreements, and financing arrangements.
- Support the growth and commercialisation of natural capital and carbon projects.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
- Work closely with senior leadership on corporate strategy, investment planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
