About the Opportunity

An established engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join its growing Southern California team. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale municipal infrastructure projects, mentor technical staff, and play a key role in client development and strategic growth initiatives.

The organization has a strong backlog of work across water, wastewater, recycled water, and treatment facility projects, with many assignments ranging from several million dollars to major regional capital improvement programs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design, and execution
  • Support business development, proposal efforts, and client relationship management
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers
  • Help drive the continued growth of the Southern California practice

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
  • PE license required
  • Proven experience managing water and/or wastewater projects
  • Strong client-facing and project management skills
  • Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts
  • Desire to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to long-term business growth
