As they continue to expand their service division, they're seeking a Service Project Manager to take ownership of key client accounts and ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
🔧 The Role:
As Service Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin between clients, engineers, and internal teams. You'll oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple service and maintenance projects across commercial and industrial sites
- Lead client communications, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement
✅ What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in project management within building services or M&E contracting
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant H&S certifications preferred
