Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead and oversee multiple commissioning programs across mission-critical projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through execution. This role focuses on managing commissioning strategy, driving coordination across stakeholders, and ensuring systems are delivered, tested, and operational to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commissioning programs across multiple projects
- Develop and implement commissioning strategies, plans, and schedules
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment
- Oversee testing, validation, and handover of critical systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements
- Identify risks and drive issue resolution throughout commissioning phases
- Monitor progress, timelines, and reporting across programs
- Provide technical guidance on commissioning processes and best practices
- Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in commissioning within mission-critical or data center environments
- Strong program or project management background
- Solid technical understanding of MEP systems and integration
- Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Familiarity with commissioning standards, testing protocols, and handover processes
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
