Role Overview

A senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure developments from construction commencement through to project completion. The role will lead project execution, contractor management, governance and delivery excellence while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end construction delivery of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
Develop and implement construction strategies, standards and governance frameworks.
Manage contractors, consultants and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and risk management activities.
Partner closely with engineering, procurement and operational teams throughout project execution.
Drive construction best practices, efficiency improvements and delivery excellence.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory and quality requirements.
Provide regular project reporting and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience delivering complex mission-critical, industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling and contractor management.
Proven leadership experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in data centre, hyperscale, industrial or mission-critical environments preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different locations.
Strong commercial, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
